Dysart Et Al

The 2026 Program will concentrate on Short-Term Rental (STR) properties in Municipality of Dysart et al. This year, every registered Short-Term Rental property will undergo a Septic Maintenance Inspection, a Short-Term Rental Compliance Inspection, and will receive a complimentary Lake Health Assessment. The program will take place from May 11, 2026, to August 28, 2026.

Minden Hills

The Municipality has been segmented into five (5) Zones for inspection purposes. The initial three (3) Zones of the Septic Re-inspection Program have been finalized. In 2026, the Municipality will proceed with the program by conducting septic re-inspections in Zones D1 and D2.

Systems on waterfront properties are first priority but all systems in the Municipality will be inspected.
